Change Management aims to change the work mechanism, mind set, and work culture of individuals in the Work Unit.
As for Change Management Targets:
a) increased commitment of all levels of leadership and employees of the Work Unit in building an Integrity Zone Towards WBK / WBBM;
b) changes in mindset and work culture in the Work Unit proposed as an Integrity Zone Towards WBK/WBBM; and
c) reduced risk of failure due to possible resistance to change.

a) Working Team Development;
b) Integrity Zone Development Plan towards WBK/WBBM;
c) Monitoring and Evaluation of Integrity Zone Development Towards WBK/WBBM; and
d) Changes in Mindset and Work Culture.

STRUCTURING MANAGEMENT
Structuring Governance aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, processes, and work procedures that are clear, measurable, and improve service satisfaction to stakeholders.
The target of Governance Arrangement:
a) increased use of information technology in the process of organizing government management in the Integrity Zone Towards WBK/WBBM;
b) increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of government management processes in the Integrity Zone towards WBK/WBBM;
c) improved performance in the Integrity Zone towards WBK/WBBM; and
d) increased customer satisfaction.
The indicators of Governance Arrangement:
a) Main Activity Fixed Operating Procedures;
b) Electronic Based Government System (SPBE); and
c) Public Information Disclosure.

STRUCTURING THE APPARATUS' HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Structuring the Apparatus HR Management System aims to improve the professionalism of apparatus HR.
The target of the Apparatus HR Management System Arrangement:
a) increased compliance with the management of human resource apparatus in each Integrity Zone Towards WBK/WBBM;
b) increased transparency and accountability in the management of HR apparatus in each Integrity Zone Towards WBK/WBBM;
c) increased discipline of human resources apparatus in each Integrity Zone Towards WBK/WBBM;
d) increasing the effectiveness of apparatus HR management in the Integrity Zone Towards WBK/WBBM; and
e) increasing the professionalism of human resources apparatus in the Integrity Zone towards WBK/WBBM.

a) Planning Employee Needs in accordance with Organizational Needs;
b) Internal Mutation Pattern;
c) Competency-based Employee Development;

Strengthening Supervision aims to improve governance that is clean and free from corruption.
The target of Strengthening Supervision:
a) increased compliance with state financial management by each government agency;
b) increasing the effectiveness of state financial management in each government agency;
c) increasing the status of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) opinion on state financial management in each government agency;
d) decreasing the level of abuse of authority in each government agency; and
e) a decrease in the findings of internal and external supervisory apparatus examinations.

Improving the Quality of Public Services aims to improve the quality and innovation of public services.
The target is to improve the quality of public services:
a) improving the quality of public services (faster, cheaper, safer, and more accessible) in government agencies;
b) increasing the number of service units that obtain international service standardization in government agencies; and
c) increasing the index of public satisfaction with the delivery of public services by each government agency.
The indicators for improving the quality of public services:
a) Service Standards;
b) Excellent Service Culture; and
c) Service Satisfaction Assessment
