Graduates of the Department of Accounting at FEB UM have a career path that develops progressively, starting from entry-level roles, deepening into specialist positions, to leadership or advanced academic development. The Bachelor of Accounting is oriented toward the professions of accounting, auditing, taxation, finance, the public sector, and information systems. The Bachelor of Accounting Education combines accounting competencies with pedagogy, learning technology, and the development of education and training. Both paths converge in the fields of digital and data, entrepreneurship, and research. The Department of Management at FEB UM oversees three undergraduate programs: Bachelor of Management, Bachelor of Office Administration Education, and Bachelor of Business Education. Graduates are prepared to become individuals of character and global competitiveness who master the fields of management, business, office administration, and education, and who are adaptable to the development of digital technology.

S1 Office Administration Education
Graduates skilled in designing and applying adaptive, character-driven, and globally competitive office administration science, tech-savvy technologically literate, and ready to contribute by providing solutions in the fields of education and administrative management practice.
Business Education
Graduates are capable of becoming professional business educators, business practitioners or entrepreneurs who are able to seize business opportunities, as well as professional workforce in formal organizations, with the mastery of digital technology in learning and business.

Graduates of the Management Department of FEB UM can build their careers step by step, starting from entry-level roles, deepening their expertise as specialists, up to leadership or entrepreneurship. The Bachelor's in Management focuses on marketing, finance, human resources, and business functions; the Bachelor's in Office Administration Education focuses on education and modern office management; the Bachelor's in Business Education focuses on business education, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Graduate Learning Achievement Standards
The Graduate Learning Outcome Standards (SCPL) of the Department of Development Economics encompass two main study programs: the Bachelor's Degree in Economics Education and the Bachelor's Degree in Development Economics. Graduates are expected to exhibit the behavior of religious citizens with a Pancasila spirit, as well as to be independent, innovative, and critical in facing global dynamics.
Students are equipped with an understanding of the basic concepts of economics, business, management, and accounting, and are skilled in applying economic analysis tools. Graduates are focused on becoming innovative educators as well as development policy and populist economic analysts in a transdisciplinary manner.
1 Economics Education

Officially established on April 28, 2026, Career Development Center (CDC) Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Negeri Malang present as a strategic unit to accelerate the career readiness of students and alumni, particularly within the Faculty of Economics and Business. This synergy is a tangible manifestation of the institution's commitment to bridging the transition of graduates from the academic world to an increasingly competitive professional landscape.
As a concrete initiation step, CDC FEB has successfully organized its inaugural program, namely the Alumni Briefing activity titled "Glow Up Your LinkedIn: Build Your Personal Brand, Unlock Your Career" on May 22, 2026. The activity was attended by recent alumni (recientes graduados) and final-year students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UM who are preparing to enter the transition phase into the workforce.
By bringing in speakers from HR professionals and HR managers, participants are equipped with an in-depth understanding starting from the importance of personal branding, LinkedIn profile optimization, to strategies for building a digital professional presence. Not only that, participants also gained information regarding what aspects recruiters look for. Through this preparation, CDC FEB aims for alumni to have attractive and professional LinkedIn profiles.
To continue expanding its positive impact on students and graduates, the CDC has designed a series of strategic future work programs. These agendas include organizing a Career Expo in September to provide direct access to the industrial world, a Career Preparation Workshop in October to hone practical competencies, as well as ongoing initiatives in the form of Database Mapping and social media optimization. Through this structured and integrated series of programs, CDC FEB hopes to produce graduates who are not only academically excellent, but also resilient, adaptable, and possess an appealing professional profile in the job market.
