Development of an AI-based interest, skills, and career path mapping system to support future agritech HR needs. An initiative initiated by Afwan Hariri Agus Prohimi from State University of Malang this leverages research tracks in work-based learning, chatbot learning, and human resource motivation and retention analysis to build a more accurate and measurable talent mapping platform.
Downstream research is carried out through collaboration with Tensai Innovations, producing a system based on a three-tier AI architecture and supervised learning capable of rapid and data-driven agritech career matching. Testing on hundreds of users demonstrated stable performance and strong accuracy.
The output of this research is a user-friendly agritech career simulation platform, equipped with an intuitive dashboard, LMS integration, and relevant career path recommendations. This solution is aimed at supporting the achievement of a higher TRL (Technology Readiness Level), strengthening the edutech business model, and expanding implementation across vocational institutions and industry partners.
